Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the United States to addresses supported at checkout. We do not offer international shipping.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.00 below a $50.00 merchandise subtotal. Standard shipping is free at $50.00 or more. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes or shipping.

How long does an order take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit normally takes another 5–8 business days after shipment. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days. Checkout delivery dates are estimates.

Can I track my order?

We email tracking information when your order ships. Allow time for the carrier to post its first updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label, and approved exchange replacements ship free. See our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for conditions.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee. For a change-of-mind return, the original $5.00 delivery charge, if paid, is not refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

We initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Email support@bakeviora.com with your order number and details. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate and arrange a remedy.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us promptly. Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Shipped orders follow our return process.

Are the cakes and other props included?

No, unless the product listing expressly includes them. Check the “In the box” or included-components information.

Will a cake fit inside a cake keeper?

Compare the keeper's internal dimensions with the cake board, widest decorations and total decorated height, leaving clearance. A pan's nominal diameter does not guarantee the size of a finished decorated cake.
