Shipping policy

BAKEVIORA is operated by One Piece Cake Shop LLC. We deliver baking tools, bakeware and cake display accessories to customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Processing time is additional. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions and holiday volumes can affect transit times.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you with an updated shipment estimate and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. Where required, we will obtain your agreement to a shipping delay.

Shipping charges

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $50.00: $5.00 standard shipping.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more: free standard shipping.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is displayed at checkout.

Shipping updates and address details

We email a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives a package.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after shipment. Delivery is available to U.S. addresses supported at checkout. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact us before ordering.

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a missing package or a delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
