These Terms apply to your use of bakeviora.com and purchases from BAKEVIORA, operated by One Piece Cake Shop LLC. Please review these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Using the website
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions or attempts to disrupt its operation.
Products and descriptions
We describe each product's size, material and included components on its product page. Read those details before ordering and contact us if a specification is unclear. Food and styling props in product images are not included unless expressly listed.
Colors may vary with lighting and display settings. Any approximate dimensions are identified as such. Product imagery, including illustrative or digitally created images where identified, does not replace the listed specifications. An item that materially differs from its description remains subject to our return and remedy obligations.
Use products only for their intended purposes and follow the instructions supplied with the actual item. Do not assume heat ratings, appliance compatibility, load capacity or other features unless the product page or supplied instructions state them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Accepted payment options are those available at checkout.
We may change prices for future purchases. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before making a correction that requires your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. Availability and payment checks may still be necessary. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund payment for the cancelled items. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under the corresponding policies. Changes to website policies apply prospectively and do not remove rights or agreed terms relating to an existing order.

Website text, graphics and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce protected content without permission. Product and collection names identify our listings and do not imply a patent, exclusive design or third-party endorsement.
